ConVerdant Vehicles llc [CVV] is the leading vendor of green vehicle conversions in New England. ConVerdant Vehicles is a sales and service dealership for various manufacturers. We provide local sales, installation and service for our lines of plug-in hybrid and all electric conversions. ConVerdant Vehicles has sales and service capabilities in Concord, NH and is developing an expanding network of authorized sales and service locations throughout New England. Our long range goal is to convert every car/truck/SUV on the road into a plug-in hybrid or all-electric vehicle. And the more we make, the lower our prices!
We are dedicated to decreasing, and eliminating, the use of carbon-based fuels in transportation. The leading technology for this change is electric and battery drive. Electric drive is completely clean [zero emissions] and can be blended with the existing engine [hybrid], or replace it altogether [electric vehicle, EV]. The distribution system for electric fuel exists [the electric grid], and it costs just 1/5 to 1/2 as much as gas/diesel per mile. Even considering electric generating plants, electric drive still produces just 1/3 the greenhouse gases than gas/diesel.
Oil is The Problem:
Oil is the leading culprit for a number of our worst problems. Take your pick of issues:- Health [smog]

In the past, Oil has provided cheap and plentiful energy, but its use has now reached an unsustainable level that has been shown to threaten our lives and livelihoods. The sooner oil is replaced with a cleaner, domestically produced, and lower cost fuel, the sooner we can recover from our worsening headaches. Most of the needed solutions exist already!
Electric Drive is The Solution:
Electric drive is more reliable than engine drive, and in some cases is already lower cost. Hybrids were a good first step toward introducing electric drives. Now, Plug-in Hybrids are poised to make big gains in vehicle [fuel] mileage, using more batteries for more electric-powered miles. And all-electric vehicles will do away with fuel all together.Battery capability has been the limiting factor in electric drive systems, here-to-fore. But, battery technology has been improving by leaps and bounds in the last decade [Lead to Nickle to Lithium] and is ready for "prime time". Hybrids have successfully used small nickle batteries. Plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles typically use larger lithium batteries.
